| Who we are |
Loch Fyne, the longest sea loch in Scotland, lies one hour north-west of Glasgow in the West Highlands. Deep tidal waters mix with rainfall and snowmelt from the surrounding mountains to form pure fertile waters ideal for shellfish.
Now in their fourth decade LOCH FYNE Oysters Ltd operate an oyster and mussel fishery in the headwaters of Loch Fyne and run an established smokehouse and seafood restaurant. In 1998 its sister company, LOCH FYNE Restaurants Ltd., was founded to develop a group of seafood restaurants throughout the UK. |
