What we do
Black Park Country ParkWedged between Slough and the M40 lies this beautiful large country park with something for everyone who likes to be outdoors. As well as unspoilt nature, including a nature reserve, Black Park offers extensive recreational areas and facilities. It is a great place for walking any time of the year, and ideal for a day out with friends and family when it's warm and sunny.

Activities
There are several orienteering courses, and a public bridle path leads around much of the park. Canoeing, boating and model boats are allowed (restrictions apply in the nature reserve). The lake is open to divers by special arrangement. For more information, please contact the park.

Information
Black Park offers extensive recreational facilities: part of the lake is a designated swimming area (outdoor changing screen), and within a few yards are picnic tables, a children's adventure trail and a huge playing field where you can sunbathe, play frisbee etc.

Right next to the lake is the visitors' centre which has a cafeteria.
