| What we do |
We operate eight gypsy sites accommodating around 100 families on a semi-permanent basis. Bucks County Council has also accepted the lead role in dealing with unauthorised encampments, which is the main focus of public concern.
The law safeguards the rights of Gypsies and Travellers to their own culture and to travel as a way of life.
They have rights to:
- health and social services
- education for children
Details of rights of owners and others to remove the unathorised presence of Gypsies and Travellers are on the Bucks County Council website. |
